I accept that this provisional booking will be subject to availability and that Brookland Travel will contact me within 24 hours to confirm such availability (48 hours if your request is submitted over a weekend) and to confirm the price of the tour. I have downloaded and read the terms and conditions and the booking form from the website and will be submitting the booking form together with my deposit once Brookland Travel have confirmed availability for the tour in question to me. My provisionally booking will be held for 7 -10 days and a confirmation invoice will be issued to me by Brookland Travel once a deposit has been paid. The date of the final balance payment will be detailed on the confirmation invoice and this is usually 8 weeks prior to the tour date.

If there is no availability on the tour of my choice, Brookland Travel will notify me within 24 hours or 48 hours if my request is made over a weekend and I will be provided with the option to select another tour, to be placed on a waitlist for the tour of my choice or no further action will be taken.
